TIMING OF WORK: The timing of this commitment is essential. Unless otherwise stated, as indicated in the „Special Circumstances” section below, completion of this work is expected on or before the filing date. Work under this contract begins when the agreement is signed and delivered and payment for the online invoice has been received. The date of completion of the work depends largely on the date of delivery of the requested information. I will communicate in writing the expected completion date, verification date and filing date. I will also communicate in writing any changes to the expected data within 48 hours of such a change. 7. Keep and securely keep copies of the records used when preparing your income tax return and managing your income tax return for at least as long as required by law. THIRD PARTY PAYMENTS AND DISCOUNTS: I try to negotiate discounts on the products and services I buy and offer for sale, and if possible, I try to get a commission or referral fee for the products and services I recommend to you. Any discount or payment I receive is taken into account in the total price of the future services I offer you as an additional cost saving measure. You have the right to know the specific details of the discount I receive or the fees I receive paid by a third party, but I often don`t know this before a transaction, so this will be disclosed and included in the next practical commitment agreement. This is a model quality agreement for individual tax preparation services, which includes technologies and cost-saving methods to save time and money, while maintaining a high level of professional service (revised on 2.7.2019 for 2018 tax returns). 3.
No additional preparation, accounting or accounting procedures shall be implemented unless expressly stated in the „Special Circumstances” section below or in a separate written agreement. D) PAYMENT FEES AND CHARGES: the fee is communicated separately by me in an electronic invoice which is part of this Agreement by reference. In the event that the date of the order of business is changed, the fee may be increased by agreement to include an increase during peak hours, which usually occur before the reporting deadlines.
